The 2012 Backyard Birds Calendar is literally backyard birds. Too often "backyard birds" is defined broadly to include birds from just about anywhere, but all of these remarkably appealing photographs were taken from inside the photographer's house in central Ohio, looking through a window out into his back yard. This calendar is 12" x 9" opening up to 12" x 18", with the image on top and the calendar underneath. The quality of the paper and extra-thick cover is simply top-notch, and the printing is vastly superior to typical digital reproductions--this calendar was designed and printed in the USA--not China. There are more special days in this calendar (everything from the Lunar New Year to Ben Franklin's birthday). This calendar has been printed as an edition of only 1,000.
