You can apply effects similar to looking into a fun house mirror, and morph images, and stretch/shrink body parts, and apply a whole bunch of other techniques, including animation, that will have everyone rolling on the floor with laughter. (If you do this at work on the boss, we're not responsible for whatever happens.) When you've created your masterpiece, the program makes saving or printing the image simple.
