3. QUICKTIME
Many of the CD-ROMs we sell are embedded with early versions of QuickTime. There are several versions of QuickTime and they can usually run simultaneously on your system. In order to run your program you may need to install the particular QuickTime version contained on your CD-ROM.
Please note: QuickTime is the number one tech issue for most software companies because some of the newer QuickTime versions will not always allow you to view programs made with an earlier series. NEVER let QuickTime DELETE older versions of itself, unless you cannot complete the QuickTime installation you need without deleting older versions. If prompted to search for earlier versions of QuickTime when installing the version on your CD, choose "Skip" or "Ignore" and continue with the installation. Also, it is not necessary to register QuickTime unless you are purchasing a version other than the free QuickTime included with your program.
