Update Sound and Video Drivers

If you would like to update your sound or video drivers:

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type dxdiag, and then click OK.
3. Click the Sound or Display tab, depending on which one you are looking for.
4. Under Device, look for Name and Manufacturer.
5. Click Exit.

You can contact the manufacturer of your sound card to inquire about how to obtain and install the latest version of the sound or video driver for your sound/video card or visit the Windows Update site to look for applicable drivers. You can also download updated drivers from the Internet:
